Supporting the Festival

There are various ways you can support the Lincoln Music & Drama Festival, such as becoming a festival patron or bursary sponsor, or advertise on our website or in our annual programme.

Patrons

The festival relies heavily upon the goodwill and financial support of its Patrons. You could help us by enrolling as a patron, which entitles you to: 

  • Reserved seating area for Patrons at the Festival Concert, and a drinks reception after the concert.

  • Vote at the AGM and eligibility for election to the Executive Committee.

  • A list of Patrons is published in the annual Lincoln Music & Drama Festival Programme.

An invitation to renew the Patronage subscription is sent out in January each year preferably by e-mail.

Patrons’ annual subscription fee:

Single £20 (minimum); Double £30 (minimum).

Festival Advertising

The Lincoln Music and Drama Festival is a non-profit making organisation and relies heavily on income received from advertisers. An advertisement in our programme and website will reach at least a couple thousand viewers.

The cost of an advertisement in our programme is currently:

Whole page (A5) in full colour - £140

Whole page in black and white - £100 

Half page in black and white - £50

Quarter page in black and white - £30

Sponsors

The United Kingdom has produced some of the finest musicians and actors in the world and most of these skills were developed during school years.

Festivals, such as the Lincoln Music and Drama Festival, provide the opportunity for young people to perform in public in front of professional adjudicators and thereby gain from both the experience and the advice received. It is also a wonderful experience for the youngsters’ families and friends. By sponsoring the festival your company will enable the Lincoln Music and Drama Festival to continue in this valuable development of our young musicians and performers through our Bursary awards for both Music and Drama.
